Processing Times
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package is ready to ship. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping (2-7 business days):
Free on all orders over 99€, except for crystals. Shipping costs for crystals are calculated based on the weight.
Within the US
UPS Ground®: 1-5 business days.
UPS® Ground Saver: 2-7 days (deliveries made Monday to Sunday).
UPS 3 Day Select®: 3 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day.
International (Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday)
UPS Standard: Day definite by date scheduled.
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days.
UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly from the shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on our Order Tracking page.
Important Information
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of any delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with those who might have received it on your behalf, such as household members, neighbors, or a concierge service. If your package is still missing, contact the carrier directly for more information. We recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature if you are concerned about package security.
