Our Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. To qualify, packaged products, must be unused and in their original packaging. Crystals and gemstones are not eligible for returns due to their natural and unique characteristics. Additionally personalized items, gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return Request
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon in the menu, or click here, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note.
- Click "Request return."
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, a refund will be processed.
Package Your Return: Safely pack your return in the original packaging, ensuring that the item is well-protected during transit.
Ship Your Return: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Important Notes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order was purchased using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, not the original price.
Any items returned that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@dianabomeny.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
